Where payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Norvena does not store your complete payment card details.

8. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing,adverse weather or industrial action.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.

Ownership of the goods remains with Norvena until full payment has been received.

9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by their destination country.

Norvena has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

10. Returns & Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have legal rights to cancel or return your order under applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

The warranty does not cover:

The Norvena name, logo, branding, website design, product photography, renders, CAD designs, graphics, text and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Norvena and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Norvena® is protected by a registered UK trademark.

Our product designs are protected by UK registered design rights.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

Norvena reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights where appropriate.
